I've begun to notice that more and more of my insurance company clients, both in Houston and everywhere else, have begun to shift from the Norstar phone system to the Avaya Partner ACS phone systems.
Despite the fact that most insurance corporate still recommends the Norstar phone system, regional agents are more often than not buying the Avaya Parter ACS phone systems.
Not too surprising as anyone reads about the take of Nortel's phone system by Avaya and the fact that Norstar phone system prices have moved up close to 40%.
